Remember, it is your responsibility to timely renew your Certificate or License. To avoid paying a $50 late fee, you’re renewal must be “filed with and accepted by the Board” by September 30, 2008. [OAR 877-020-0020(8)]

The Board suggests you send in the completed renewal form with the required fee within 48 hours of when you receive your renewal notification.
