The Board Action report lists final and interim Board actions taken by the Board during the time periods specified. Such actions include Interim Stipulated Orders, Orders of Emergency Suspension, Stipulated Orders, Corrective Action Orders, Voluntary Limitations, and Final Orders. Reports are sorted by the Licensee’s last name. The reports are PDF documents and are searchable.

The Licensing Action Report reflects Board Orders issued by the Oregon Medical Board that are currently in effect for all living licensees. This report is updated DAILY. Scanned copies of most legal orders issued since January 1, 2004 are linked directly to this report. This report opens in Microsoft Excel (xls).
