Park Management currently manages over 360 park sites, 147 median and streetscape sites, and a total of 85 miles of developed urban and soft trails. Park Management's main focus is sustaining a healthy park system to make Albuquerque a great place to live and play. Parks help people connect with nature and to each other. As places to relax, play, learn, and where people come together, parks are essential to the health of urban communities. Park Management understands the importance of parks to the health and vitality of our wonderful city.

New Mexico Veterans Memorial

The New Mexico Veterans Memorial Leaving www.cabq.gov, click for disclaimer may be reserved for reunions, meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings and other events.

Anyone may donate a memorial gift or join as a member, veterans and non-veterans. Inscriptions on memorial items may recognize family members, friends, New Mexico veterans, the living and deceased, virtually any situation incorporating a veteran's theme.

Trail Maps

City trail maps can be mailed to you by calling Municipal Development at (505) 768-2680. They can also be obtained for free at any bike shop in Albuquerque.

Volunteer Opportunities / Memorial Tree Program

Park Management  offers Volunteer Opportunities and a Memorial Tree Program for planting trees at various City park locations.

Park Management Jobs - The City of Albuquerque is currently looking for applicants interested in part time employment with the Park Management Division.
