  Question
I lost/forgot my Password Request Code. Can I get another one?
  Answer

Yes. If you have lost or forgotten the PRC, you will need to start the process over. Establishing a password involves three steps. You can do this on the internet:

Step 1 Apply for a Temporary Password Request Code (PRC).
Step 2 Wait at least 15 days for your PRC letter to come in the mail.
Step 3 Create your permanent password using the directions in your PRC letter.

Or you can do this by telephone:

• Call us at 1-800-772-1213.
• Listen carefully to the menu choices and follow the instructions.
