How to Order Pre-teen Vaccine Campaign Posters and Flyers
A limited number of printed posters and flyers are available for order. To order, please fill in the quantity next to each item AND fill in the fields that tell us where to send your items. Your phone number or email allows us to contact you with any questions we might have about your order. Posters can be ordered in increments of 5. The maximum you can order is 100. Flyers can be ordered in increments of 25. The maximum you can order is 300. If you have any problems with this form, please email WHoward1@cdc.gov.
