  I received a Password Request Code (PRC) in the mail. What do I do now?

You can use either the Internet or our automated toll-free number to create a permanent password. Establishing a password involves three steps:

1. Go to the Password Services page; and

2. Use your temporary PRC to create a permanent password.

Or you can do this by telephone:

• Call us at 1-800-772-1213.
