Administrative Law Judge Peter M. Davenport
Judge Peter M. Davenport joined OALJ on January 10, 2005. He became an ALJ in 1994, serving with Social Security's Office of Hearings and Appeals, first in Paducah, Kentucky and then in Lexington, Kentucky. Prior to becoming an ALJ, he was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky (1983-1994) and was in private practice in Lexington, Kentucky. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, the University of Kentucky College of Law and has a LLM from George Washington University.
