The Department of Family and Community Services (Department), in cooperation with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency, on behalf of the City of Albuquerque (City), is inviting proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of a vacant parcel of land and three (3) four-plexes located in Trumbull Village Neighborhood.

The Administrative Requirements are available online on the Department’s web site at

 

A printed copy can also be obtained, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services, 5th floor, Room 504, Old City Hall, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.

 

Those wishing to respond to an RFP must complete the following application and have it submitted by the date referenced in the current RFP's.

Quarterly Reports

Program specialists will provide each agency with a Program Progress Report - Form A, also known as the Quarterly Report form for each contract the agency has with the City of Albuquerque. Because each contract contains scopes of service that are specific to the contract including measurable outcomes. For this reason, agencies should ask their program specialist for additional or replacement copies if necessary.
