IIS: Contracting Options Via Federal Direct Assistance Grant Funds

Contract Using Direct Assistance

  • An immunization Grantee may use grant funds to contract for products and services.
  • The grant funds that are used for direct assistance go directly from CDC to the contractor and not through the Grantee.
  • Vendors are selected by the government through a competitive process and their products and services are catalogued.
