For Health Professionals

For State and Local Health Departments

CDC has created a set of materials to help state and local health departments support the implementation of ACIP adolescent vaccine recommendations. The materials are provided as templates and refer to meningococcal disease and pertussis (whooping cough); however, when customized they can include human papillomavirus (HPV) and other recommended vaccines.
