Fill out this section if there is a DCP on site.

Ness I.D.: This is an alphanumeric identification, supplied by NESDIS for all GOES DCP sites.

Owner: The owning agency or entity of the DCP.

Report Time: The first time after midnight (on the 24 hour UTC clock) that the data is scheduled to be reported (transmitted to the satellite and then reported to the collecting WFO).

Interval: This is the number of minutes between transmissions to the satellite. For example, data may be collected every 15 minutes, but the data is only transmitted to the satellite every 4 hours (240 minutes). The correct entry for this section would be 4 hours or 240 minutes. WHFS will use this information to identify late or missing reports.

Parameter: Enter the SHEF parameters reported by the DCP (i.e. HG - river stage).

Criteria: Enter the criteria for the DCP to initiate a random report.

This section provides information about the telemetry used at the site.

Type of Telemetry: Enter the type of telemetry device used at the site.

Owner: The owner of the telemetry.

Phone Number: This is the phone number used to call the telemetry.

Interval: How often the telemetry is interrogated (queried) for information.

Parameter: This is the upper case two letter SHEF code for the parameters being reported. For example, PP would be put in the report to indicate actual incremental precipitation. Refer to the SHEF handbook - Weather Service Hydrology Handbook No. 1, for more information on parameters.

Criteria: This is the criteria by which the telemetry will initiate a call to the collecting WFO.

Payer & Cost of Line: The agency or entity responsible for paying the telemetry costs and the amount paid.

Sensor I.D.: If a telemetry device does not use an NWSLI for its identification, then the sensor number is the identification used in reporting.
