Average availability 3 hours and 30 minutes past model time.

 

GFS model files 
 00, 06, 12, and 18 UTC to 180 hours, 3-hourly resolution.
Average availability times 5 hours past model time.

 

RUC model files
Hourly data to 12 hours, hourly resolution.
Average availability 1 hour and 35 minutes past model time.

 

BUFKIT is a forecast profile visualization and analysis tool kit developed by the staff at the National Weather Service (NWS) office in Buffalo and the Warning Decision Training Branch (WDTB) in Norman, OK. As of January 2002 it is in use in over 150 NWS, Department of Defense, University, and Environment Canada locations. BUFKIT is available to anyone who is interested in the analysis of forecast hourly profiles. Please note, the data provided on this page may not be available at all times. Thus, check the timestamp near each model type to ensure that you are retrieving current or recent data.
