Multifactor productivity in farm and garden equipment

Between 1958 and 1973, multifactor productivity played only a minor role in the growth of output per hour in this industry. After 1973, a substantial drop in multifactor productivity contributed to a decline in output per hour. This article introduces multifactor productivity data on the farm and garden equipment industry.
