Productivity trends in the mobile homes industry

John G. Olsen
Economist, Office of Productivity and Technology, Bureau of Labor Statistics

However, output has grown significantly in the past few years, along with consumer demand. A new measure of industry productivity from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that output per hour increased at an average annual rate of 0.6 percent between 1977 and 1994.
