Abstract: EPA is proposing amendments to the NESHAP for secondary aluminum production to correct the definition of "clean charge" previously promulgated in the December 30, 2002 amendments and an error in the operating temperature of a scrap dryer/delacquering kiln/decoating kiln afterburner.
