Abstract: On March 31, 2005, EPA issued final amendments to reduce emissions of toxic air pollutants, or air toxics, from coke oven batteries. These amendments are the first of a series of emissions reductions requirments known as residual risk standards. This file is the text of the final rule amendments. |
