Benefits Administration Letter

This letter provides the imputed cost factor related to the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) for the third quarter of FY 2006. The annual imputed cost factors for all civilian benefit programs will be provided to agencies on or before September 15, 2006.

The FEHBP cost factor for the third quarter of FY 2006 is $1,318. Thus, the FY 2006 year-to-date imputed cost factor related to the FEHB is:
