Operation BoatSmart.  It's crucial for people in boats to WEAR their life jackets.   It's not the life jacket that saves lives, it's wearning them that saves lives.  Keeping your life jacket "handy" is like saying you'll buckle your seat belt when you see a crash coming.  Additionally, the life vests nowadays are very sporty looking.
