As you can see in the table above, normal high temperatures decrease 14 to 17 degrees from October 1st to 31st while normal low temperatures decrease 9 to 13 degrees. Average monthly temperatures range from 41.9 degrees in Laramie to 48.9 degrees in Chadron. Average monthly precipitation ranges from 0.75 inches in Cheyenne to 1.05 inches at Chadron. Snowfall averages range from 2.1 inches at Chadron to 4.2 inches in Laramie.
