As you can see in the table above, Cheyenne, Laramie and Rawlins established new record high temperatures for Saturday March 17th (St. Patrick’s Day). Cheyenne broke a record that was 120 years old. Laramie and Rawlins shattered their previous record high temperatures by six degrees.

More record high temperatures were established on Sunday March 18th, as you can see in the table above. Alliance broke their old record by four degrees, Chadron by five degrees, Laramie tied their previous record high temperature, Rawlins eclipsed their previous record high temperature by four degrees, and Sidney shattered their previous record high temperature by seven degrees.

On Tuesday March 20, 2007, both Chadron and Rawlins established new record high temperatures for the date. Chadron peaked at 80 degrees, breaking their old record high temperature by five degrees. Rawlins reached 66 degrees, breaking their previous record of 64 degrees in 1999.
