The graph above shows the low temperatures that occurred in the twelve hour period ending at 7 AM Sunday morning January 14th. The bitterly cold low temperatures at Laramie, Rawlins, Saratoga, Douglas and Sidney occurred due to clear skies, while the other locations had clouds which acted as a blanket, preventing temperatures from plummeting even further.
