Collective bargaining in private industry, 1994

Lisa Williamson and Phyllis Brown
Economists, Division of Developments in Labor-Management Relations, Bureau of Labor Statistics

This article describes changes negotiated in private collective bargaining agreements in 1994, including negotiated wage changes, back-loaded contracts, and other characteristics of the settlements.
