19 JUN 2000, Stemme S10VT over Yosemite's Half Dome after soaring from Minden, NV to Lee Vining, CA and -- realizing a dream -- across the Sierras at Yosemite. Had done it many times at Tahoe, but previously had always needed some engine time for safety at Yosemite since the Sierras here are significantly higher and wider. A fantastic day

Thanks to your past support of the SSA through the annual Eagle Fund Campaign, we have accomplished many things this last year. The SSA has emerged much stronger and ready to look forward to the future.

Jan 2009 SSA Board and Annual General Meetings
The winter SSA Board of Directors meeting and general membership meeting will be held Friday, January 23 in Rosemont, Ill, which is a suburb of Chicago. The Hotel and meeting location is the Holiday Inn Express, which is next to Chicago O'Hare Airport.
