Figure 9.2.2 is a District of Columbia map showing Any Illicit Drug Use Other Than Marijuana among persons aged 12 or older, by Substate Region: percentages, annual averages based on 1999, 2000, and 2001 NSDUHs.

The lowest group, Group 1's percentages ranged from 1.89% to 2.05%.
The next to lowest group, Group 2's percentages ranged from 2.06% to 2.23%.
The next lowest group, Group 3's percentages ranged from 2.24% to 2.5%.
The middle group, Group 4's percentages ranged from 2.51% to 2.89%.
The next highest group, Group 5's percentages ranged from 2.9% to 3.26%.
The next to highest group, Group 6's percentages ranged from 3.27% to 3.79%.
The highest group, Group 7's percentages ranged from 3.8% to 4.62%.
