Responding to DOJ Employee Views and Concerns

The Department of Justice has received the survey results from the 2007 Annual Employee Survey administered by the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB). The survey results provided important information on employee perceptions. The data reveals some areas in which employees expressed more favorable responses than in previous survey. Employees also identified some areas in need of continued improvement.
