King County buys everything to support the needs of County agencies, including police, general offices, courts, public health and welfare, maintenance and construction of buildings, roads, parks and playgrounds.

If you sell supplies or general services, your first stop should be Procurement & Contract Services. Call Procurement and Contract Services Section (PCSS) at 206-263-9400, or refer to  Contact Us > Goods and Services to find out which Buyer is responsible for your commodity.

Suppliers are not required to pre-register in order to bid. Procurement and Contract Services vendor registration system provides a comprehensive list of suppliers seeking to do business with the County and a means of identifying the products and services that are specific to them.

Please complete the registration form  and return to the address listed. Once you have submitted the registration form, contact the Buyer assigned to the commodity or service you provide, to discuss your firm's capabilities. When you meet with the Buyer, be sure to bring your company's literature, reference, telephone contacts, names of people authorized to sign contracts on your company's behalf, and information on any contracts you have with the federal, state or other municipal governments.

The FAQ menu item contains helpful instructions and answers most frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the answers to your questions, e-mail the webmaster at procurement.web@kingcounty.gov or contact Procurement & Contract Services at 206-263-9400 (TTY Relay: 711).
