The Hay and Straw Export Certification Program is responsible for inspection of hay and straw at pressing and other facilities within Oregon. Upon request, testing for the presence of quarantine pests, such as cereal leaf beetle , and other crops can be performed. After inspection, the Commodity Inspection Division can issue phytosanitary certificates if the requirements of the importing countries are met.
