Every person who owns five or more colonies of bees located in Oregon is required to register the colonies with the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Annual registration of colonies is $10.00.
 
The Apiary Registration Form (pdf 38.2 KB) may be downloaded and mailed or faxed as indicated on the application. (Not able to be sent electronically).

The Oregon State Beekeepers Association can provide information regarding beekeeping and bee colonies.
