The extensive description of the ENDF/B-VII.0 library can be found in the "Big Paper" published in a special issue* of Nuclear Data Sheets. Below we provide a "cut-and-paste" reference to the "Big Paper" in the following formats: ASCII, BibTeX, and LaTeX.

* A hard copy of the Nuclear Data Sheets issue dedicated to ENDF/B-VII.0, containing the "Big Paper" and the validation paper by S.C. van der Marck can be obtained cost-free from the National Nuclear Data Center upon request to services@bnl.gov (number of copies is limited).
