The county utilizes standardized profit analysis factors when determining profit rates for A&E consultant contracts. There are different factors for work order (on-call) contracts and for project specific contracts. Profit analysis factors are applied to each contract individually. This process results in profit rates unique to each contract as the factors are intended to address each scope of work with its specific risks, difficulties and responsibilities.
When prime consultants utilize a greater number sub-consultants; additional points are added to our standard factors.
