Senate Commerce Committee Announces May 15 Markup Agenda
 
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation announces the agenda for its Executive Session scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. Committee members will consider:
 
1.      S. 2685, Truth in Cigarette Labeling Act of 2008
2.      H.R. 1187, the Gulf of the Farallones and Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuaries Boundary Modification and Protection Act
3.      S. 2281, the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary and Underwater Preserve Boundary Modification Act
4.      H.R. 1006, the Marine Mammal Rescue Assistance Amendments of 2007
5.      S. 2997, Fiscal Year 2009 Maritime Administration and Authorization Act
6.      S. 2699, Oil Spill Prevention Act
7.      Ms. Lily Fu Claffee, to be General Counsel of the United States Department of Commerce (PN 1494)
8.      Dr. William J. Brennan, to be Assistant Secretary for Oceans and Atmosphere at the United States Department of Commerce (PN 1176)
