Objective:
The purpose of the cooperative agreement is to enable collaboration on evaluating rust resistant soybean germplasm in the U.S. and Vietnam.

Approach:
Evaluate Vietnamese and other soybean germplasm for resistance to soybean rust, help characterize resistant sources identified in Vietnam and assist in developing breeding populations for selection using molecular marker-assisted breeding.
