The United States Government, represented by the US Agency for International Development (USAID/Ghana) plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for literacy instruction materials for Kindergarten through Grade 3 of the primary education system. The materials will support implementation of the National Literacy Acceleration Program (NALAP) initiated by the Ghana Education Service (GES).



The support for the printing and delivery of the NALAP literacy instruction materials forms part of USAID/Ghana’s assistance to ‘Improve the Quality of and Access to Basic Education’ in Ghana. The successful contractor will be responsible for printing and delivery of instructional materials in the various versions.



The anticipated release of the RFP is on or about October 3, 2008 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about November 3, 2008. The firm date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the RFP.



This is not a small business set aside.
