What is FOIA? FOIA is a federal law that establishes the public's right to request existing records from Federal Government Agencies.

Any person can file a FOIA request, including U.S. citizens, foreign nationals, organizations, Universities, businesses, and state and local governments.

FOIA requesters who have any questions concerning the processing of their requests should contact USARCENT FOIA Service Center at 404-464-4017. If you are not satisfied with the response from the center, you may contact the FOIA Officer at 404-464-1744 or email foiateam@arcent.army.mil.
