SHOW CAUSE HEARING INFORMATION

Requests for a show cause hearings must be made in writing. The request must contain the reason for the show
cause hearing as well as the written information for the mitigation/contested hearing. The Failure to Appear (FTA) status and possible hold on your license will remain
unless the total amount due is posted as bail.

The judge will review the show cause request and you will be notified by mail.

If Show Cause is granted, please indicate whether or not you want a Mitigation or Contested hearing in person.
If no box is checked, your hearing will be by mail and you will be notified.
