Chief Bruce I. Knight spoke at NACD's 59th Annual Meeting this week in Atlanta, Georgia. His presentation, “Charging into the Future,” focused on new Departmental and NRCS leadership, accomplishments in implementing the 2002 Farm Bill, the future of conservation, and the power of partnerships.

NACD, an NRCS partner, promotes conservation through nearly 3,000 conservation districts nationwide. “Over the years, NRCS has worked with NACD and many conservation partners to build a strong conservation legacy on private lands,” Knight said.
