On August
14, Genero Espinosa Dorantes, a convicted felon and alleged
murderer, was added to the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives"
list. He is being sought for his alleged involvement in the
brutal torture and murder of his four-year-old stepson in
Tennessee. He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.
Dorantes is described as a Hispanic male, 33 years old, 5'6",
170-180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a scar
on his face, a heart tattoo on his left arm, and a pierced
left ear. He may be traveling to North Carolina, Florida,
Texas, or Mexico and is believed to be with his wife, her
young daughter, and their young son. A reward of up to $50,000
is being offered for any information leading directly to Dorantes'
arrest. Please do not take any action yourself if you believe
you have sighted him, but immediately contact the nearest
FBI or law enforcement office--or, outside the country, contact
the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
