NIST Equal Employment Opportunity Counselors

The EEO Counselors are responsible for providing counseling, in accordance with 29 CFR 1614, to any employee or applicant for employment who feels that he or she has been discriminated against due to race, religion, national origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, and/or physical or mental disability. The employee or applicant for employment must contact an EEO Counselor within 45 calendar days of the alleged act of discrimination.
