The 2004 GSA Design Awards Ceremony took place March 24, 2005 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC. This video was shown during the opening of the ceremony. The first half of the video gives an introduction to the Design Awards program through images of the previous Award winners and audio excerpts of previous Ceremony keynote speeches. The second half of the video shows images of the 2004 Design Award winners. The jury chair for the 2004 Design Awards was Mack Scogin of Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects.
