The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) invites entries from qualified individuals and firms for the agency's 2008 Design Awards.  Submittals are due October 15, 2008.

The biennial competition will accept entries for architecture, historic preservation and restoration, interiors and workplace environments, art, landscape architecture, urban planning, engineering and technology, energy conservation and sustainability, graphics, lease projects, modernizations and new architecture projects "on the boards."

Projects must be have been completed between January 1, 2003 and September 2, 2008.  The GSA Design Awards Jury will include professionals from the design, art, and construction fields. The awards will be presented at a March 19, 2009 ceremony in Washington, DC.
