What is NAAS?

The NIST Association for African-American Staff (NAAS) is:

• A vehicle for communication and networking within NIST
  
• A voice to NIST management for African-American concerns
• A clearinghouse for outreach activities in schools and the community
• A source of mentors for new and not-so-new staff
• A link to other agencies and organizations with similar goals and objectives.
