Brett Hoyt

Brett Hoyt, an adult education teacher from Montana, was aboard NOAA Ship RONALD H. BROWN for 20 days in October while scientists gathered atmospheric and oceanographic data and conducted Stratus and tsunami buoy maintenance in the Pacific Ocean.
