The team is composed of community members, 51% of whom must be recipients of publicly funded mental health services. The QRT works independently of service providers, ensuring a consumer voice for improvements within the publicly funded mental health system. The Quality Review Team -- Working for You!The QRT reviews the performance of service providers to identify system wide strengths and areas needing improvement within the publicly funded mental health system. We use a variety of methods to gather data and get your feedback. Methods may include written surveys, individualized interviews, client speakouts, focus groups, and site visitations. We compile and analyze the information collected from you. We then issue reports on our findings, make recommendations for change, and follow up on the progress of our recommendations. We will work to educate you, the client, about your rights, empowering you to advocate for the kinds of mental health services you want and deserve! By participating in this way, you can be assured that your opinions, feelings and needs are heard. Mission StatementWe are working to ensure that the rights of mental health clients are acknowledged and protected. By our example and educational efforts, we will empower clients to ask for and receive the most effective forms of treatment and the highest quality of mental health services.
