GSA's New Federal Management Regulation Replaces Former FPMR
September 8, 1999 WASHINGTON, DC -- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is replacing the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) The conversion from the FPMR to the FMR will occur incrementally as regulations are rewritten. The new FMR will: Update, streamline, eliminate and clarify FPMR contents before transferring them to the FMR.
