Toxics Monitoring Program - Sampling and Analysis Plan

The DEQ Laboratory and Environmental Assessment Division is developing plans to conduct monitoring of Oregon’s surface waters for toxic chemicals.  The following two documents were distributed to external stakeholders for review and comment on 5/19/2008 and are provided here for review and comment by interested parties:
