FBI-PBS Industry DaySponsored by PBS This event educated developers, architects and general contractors on the requirements to build facilities for build-to-suit leased space. Additional information will be posted as available GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS) hosted an FBI Industry Day in San Francisco on February 6. Since September 2001, the FBI increased facility security requirements in support their specialized task forces and anti-terrorism initiatives. Almost 200 private sector developers, architects and general contractors participated. The event was designed to educate GSA's industry partners on the FBI's new construction requirements and GSA's two-phase source selection and build-to-suit bid process.
