GSA is Proud to Assist the FBI in its New Mission

On June 19, 2007, PBS Office of Vendor Alliance and Office of National Customer Services Management hosted a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Industry Day at the Hyatt Hotel in Crystal City, VA. 

Since September 2001, the FBI has been growing in both number of personnel and duties. The Bureau’s mission has expanded from a domestic crime fighting organization to a global terrorism prevention agency.

GSA is proud to assist the FBI by providing flexible multi-use facilities that produce a good balance between function, security, program needs, sustainability, cost, plus distinctive architectural expression. The success of this nationwide interagency collaboration requires the dedication, creativity and persistence of our many industry partners working as one.

The purpose of the Industry Day was to educate our industry partners (private sector developers, architects and general contractors) on new construction requirements and how to apply the program in a two-phase Source Selection bid process.
