  • Having trouble with your T-PAX secondary/confirmation password?
  • Try entering it in all uppercase letters (e. g. "Test1234#" would be entered as "TEST1234#"). Secondary passwords stored in the system prior to the upgrade on 10 June were inadvertently converted to all uppercase letters.

The Personnel Service Center (PSC), Customer Care Branch (CCB) provides one-stop shopping for active duty and reserve pay, travel (including auxiliary and civilian travel) inquiries, and user support for T-PAX and Direct Access. If you need help with a service provided by PSC, complete the Online Trouble Ticket form below.

For retired pay issues, or dial retired pay directly at 1-800-772-8724(PSC-USCG) or 785-339-3415.
