"We are pleased that the judge acknowledged the hard work of the parties who mediated an agreement," said Pat Kurkul, Regional Administrator for NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service in the Northeast. "It apears the judge accepts most items in the settlement agreement, and she also made some changes that we are studying now," Kurkul said.
