Woods Hole, Mass. -- A summary report released today re-evaluates the potential growth, achievable population sizes, and sustainable fishing rates for major groundfish stocks in the Northeast.

The analyses were conducted over the past month at NOAA Fisheries' Northeast Fisheries Science Center by a working group that included six experts from outside the Center, supported by 12 Center scientists.
